Your New Role:

As an Electrician, you’ll be the hero who troubleshoots, services, and repairs residential electric systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Installing lighting fixtures, wiring systems, circuit breakers, and other electrical components.
  • Adhering to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local regulations.
  • Communicating effectively with customers and team members.
  • Keeping vehicles appropriately stocked, organized, and clean.
  • Bringing your goal-oriented, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented attitude to every job.

Job requirements:

  • E-2 license preferred, but experienced candidates with 3 years of relevant experience will be considered
  • Experience in electrical work.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Codes.
  • Must be punctual.
  • Ability to take feedback and coaching (Coachable).
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.

Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative at Gabe’s Electrical Services LLC, you’ll be the vital link between our top-notch electricians and our valued customers. Your role is all about making connections, solving problems, and ensuring every customer walks away with a smile. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • Customer Interaction: Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat about our services.
  • Service Scheduling: Arranging service calls, maintenance visits, and installations.
  • Billing Processing: Handling billing inquiries and payments, and setting up payment plans.
  • Record Management: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and service histories.
  • Outbound Calls: Turning outbound calls into booked service/maintenance appointments.
  • Safety and Compliance: Advising customers on electrical safety practices.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback to help us improve.
  • Sales and Promotion: Recommending additional services and promotions.
  • Emergency Response: Coordinating immediate assistance for urgent electrical issues.
  • Team Collaboration: Working closely with our electricians and technical teams.
